Return and Refund Policy of Splendour & Glory
1. Overview
Thank you for shopping at Splendour & Glory. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Change of Mind - Online Orders Only
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

Timeframe: Notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

Condition: Items must be unused, and in the same condition you received them.

Costs: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. Faulty or Not as Described Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty or misdescribed items for a full refund.

After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement.

If a repair or replacement is impossible or unsuccessful, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
